This issue is a special issue. It contains no new content itself, but a list of items
from the past 8 issues that are being considered as official rule set changes and additions for the 3.0 rule set.
A note about rules presented in this publication: No rules presented herein are considered
'official' until they get published as part of an official suppliement or added to an existing one.
The new information and rules are purely optional for Incarna users.
Letters and Questions
There was actually next no no feedback from the last issue. Very surprising considering
the variety of topics, especially the personal tactics which affects a lot fo the
warrior archetypes potentially.

- Chi Power - This was added in the 2+ rules.
- Best Practice - These guidelines are already official.

Items Rejected
- Trait: Vice Ridden - This is just flavor which grants CP for a roleplaying facet (not any real play disadvantage) and adds nothing in terms of mechanics.
- Trait: Twist of Fate - This was not shown to be balanced - more testing required?
- Human Sizes by Gender - Only flavor, may be perceived as biased against females.
- Skill: Astrology - This is just too unbalanced, untested and off-center (but fun).
- Magic: Kit magic - As a material system its simple but unnecessary.
- Running out of Aptitude Fuel - Great flavor for a specific campaign, but not suited as a general rule.
- Archetype Kit: Individual - Does not really fit.
- Parlor Tricks - Not universal enough; specific to sorcery. Great as an alternate path to minor magics - this is an Approved Official Supplement, just not part of core or GMS rules.
- Enhanced fumbles - Too much overhead to process.
- Social Standing - This is to dependant on setting to make as a universal official mechanic; there is a 'Simple Standing' system being processed similar to the one in the
Incarnations Demo Preview...
Rules Clarifications
There are many rule updates under way based on the feedback/review of the 2.x rule set.
